We will be dancing at Sydney’s newest hidden gem – The Vault at Machine Hall on Clarence Street. Think heritage industrial with a red-lit speakeasy twist - and a sound system that means serious business. It’s a century-old former substation that instantly passed our "Is it fabulous enough?" test.

And what do we play? House, soul and pop. Think dancefloor fillers from the 90s and 00s with some faves from either side 💃🏼

Doors open at 6pm, the DJ is there from the get-go. We'll have you dancing your sequins off 'til 10pm—just enough time to get home and be tucked in by 11 like the glam grown-up you are.

Surrounded by sparkling harbour views and drenched in golden hour magic, this isn’t just another night out. It’s a main-character moment waiting to happen. The second that private water taxi pulled up for our recce, we knew our Zimmi women would adore every floaty, fabulous inch.

Arrive in style. The Island’s signature water taxi departs from the Man O’ War Steps (right by the Opera House) from 6pm. Running fashionably late? Fear not, taxis shuttle all night. DJ and drinks are on from 6PM and we wrap by 10PM, so you’re home and glowing by 11.

The Island is moored at either Farm Cove (in front of Mrs Macquarie’s Chair) or Athol Bay (outside Taronga Zoo). Locations are decided by the captain for safety, Maritime and other events in Sydney harbour. The exclusive water taxi will shuttle back and forth from Man O’ War Steps near the Opera House from 6-10PM.
