Celebrate the season with a House of Zim Christmas get-together that’s all style, sparkle and zero stress.
We’ve found the perfect spot — Kiln, the Ace Hotel’s crown jewel, perched high above the city with panoramic views, a retractable roof and the kind of effortless cool only Sydney can pull off.

Led by Beau Clugston, one of Australia’s most internationally lauded chefs, Kiln delivers food that’s simple, beautiful and utterly memorable — and we’ve made sure you get a taste.
Your afternoon includes a glass of NV Lark Hill ‘Regional’ Blanc de Blanc Sparkling on arrival and chef-curated light lunch canapés:
• Braised leek & comté croquette
• Buttermilk fried chicken with mixed herb mayo
• Prawn brioche roll with sauce marie rose & nasturtium
• Tartlet of kingfish with lemon myrtle
• Cannoli with chocolate hazelnut & Campari custard
(gluten-free and vegan options available)
And because it wouldn’t be House of Zim without music, Sarah Roberts will be on the decks. You might know her from Home and Away or the big screen (Felony, UnIndian), but her true superpower? Reading a dancefloor. From headlining Ferrari’s Fire & Ice Ball at The Grand Prix to our own rooftop Christmas fun, Sarah knows how to fill a dancefloor with the best 90s & 2000s house and pop. Plus she’s 35+ just like us - woop woop!
