let’s DANCE.
At House of Zim, we’re allergic to average.
We’re not about cheap gimmicks or reliving the past.
We're about finding unique, stylish spaces where women can dance to music they know and love from the 90s and 2000s.
Let’s be honest: anything that’s just for us tends to fall to the bottom of the list.
So when we do make time for fun? It better be unforgettable.

For too long we’ve run our lives like Fortune 500 companies—calendars packed, goals stacked, constantly optimizing. Efficient? Yes. Exhausting? Also yes.
Somewhere along the way, fun became a footnote. And the dance floors? Hard to find.
House of Zim is here to change that.

We’re the Jodies, founders of House of Zim. Women in our 40s, well-versed in the juggle; family, work, WhatsApp pings, supplements, salads... you know the drill.
We created House of Zim to bring women together for something far more nourishing: fun.
Our ever-evolving experiences range from gorgeous walks (with wine, naturally) to unforgettable weekends away, and right now, we’re obsessed with the dance floor.
Who says the best nights out are behind us?
We believe the dance floor belongs to every woman ready to feel fabulous. We’re transforming some of Sydney’s most stunning venues into exclusive dancefloors for women over 35. Think secret spots, iconic views, a happy, soul house playlist and classic mash-ups.
Because fun isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity FFS (for fun’s sake, darling 😉).
